How to submit an event
OK, here’s the deal…
All events must be approved by Cleveland Film Collective before they actually appear on the public calendar. And while we will try our darndest to approve events as quickly as possible, sometimes it could take up to a couple of days.
So don’t feel bad or freak out if your event doesn’t appear right away, it could very well be that we’re kinda busy right now…or we may have some questions about your event.
Either way, we’ll be in touch with you after you fill out the form below so you know when your event has gone live.
Note that if you don’t see your event location in the drop down menu, it’s only a couple more steps to add it to our database. Try to keep the ‘Event Location Link’ specific to the actual venue, so people can visit the website for that Location, as opposed to your specific event–that will go in the ‘Learn More Link’ field when you fill out the form below.
If you’re representing an organization that doesn’t yet appear in the ‘Event Organizer’ drop down menu, or you have an event that doesn’t fit into one of the Events Categories that we have set up, do your best to fill out what you can in the form and then send a separate email to firstname.lastname@example.org with some more details.
