Event Details
Emmy winning writer Alex P. Michaels screenplays “What Angels Fear?” and “Out of Darkness: Cleveland” are now available on Amazon and at Mac’s Books on Coventry in Cleveland Heights and Loganberry Books.
Sunday January 9th, from 2pm to 3pm, Alex will be doing a Book Signing at Loganberry Books. Join Alex for insight into his “visionary style” of screenwriting. Free gifts and a Q&A session to follow. Loganberry Books is at 13015 Larchmere in Shaker Heights.
“What Angels Fear?” Is about two cops, one white and one black, who are like brothers and one’s decision to cross the line to provide for his family.
“Out of Darkness: Cleveland” takes place in an alternate reality police state and is based on a TV series shooting in Cleveland.
The books are published by Prelude2Cinema, who will be donating a portion of our profits from “Out of Darkness: Cleveland” to organizations that support survivors of sexual abuse and fight against human trafficking.

From Starving Artists 2 Working Artists In order to survive artists have to transform from an Artist into a Brand and Connect with their Audience. Prelude2Cinema will turn Starving Artists into Sustainable Working Artists by providing Creative Business Tools and a Crowdfunding Platform for funding that allows their Art to be their “day job.” Prelude2Cinema will continue to grow its own creative brand of bold, diverse movies and help other artists become brands and “own a piece of the action” from various revenue streams including: screenings, licensing and merchandise associated with these new brands.
